Terms & Conditions Trusted88 – Malaysia Casino Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding document between the platform user ("Member") and Trusted88. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any Trusted88 service.

By using the Trusted88 platform, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understood this entire Terms & Conditions document.
• You agree to be bound by all terms stated herein, including any amendments made by Trusted88 from time to time.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You use this platform entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Trusted88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the Trusted88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Trusted88 strictly prohibits underage users. Proof of age may be requested at any time through the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Location: Trusted88 services are offered to users accessing the platform from Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of these services is lawful under their local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under court supervision are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual is only entitled to one active account at Trusted88. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity or payment method is a serious violation of these terms.
• Non-Employee: Trusted88 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as regular members or participate in any promotions.

Registering a Trusted88 account is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2. During registration, you are required to provide the following information:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card.
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• A strong password for account security.
• Date of birth for age verification.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including Trusted88 support agents — our agents will never ask for your password.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether carried out by you or by another party with or without your authorisation.
• Notify Trusted88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Ensure your account information is always current and accurate. Outdated or inaccurate information may affect the processing of your withdrawals.

Trusted88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion or hidden charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in a temporary account freeze for investigation purposes. Trusted88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Trusted88 is committed to processing all withdrawals promptly and transparently. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Processing time: 5–15 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay); 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Depends on membership level and KYC verification status.
• Number of withdrawals: Maximum 3 withdrawals per day for accounts that are not fully verified; no limit for fully verified accounts.

Before processing your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount reaches a certain threshold, Trusted88 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting documents such as:

• A copy of your Malaysian national identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing the account holder's name and account number.
• A selfie holding your identification card (in certain cases).

Trusted88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members as part of our rewards program. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, and members are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of each offer before accepting it.

General terms applicable to all Trusted88 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering rates range from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a validity period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically.

• Technical error: In the event of a technical failure, Trusted88 reserves the right to void the affected round or hand and return the wager to the player. Any winnings obtained during a technical failure are invalid and will not be paid out.

• Trusted88 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, third-party infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Trusted88 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to comply with these terms and conditions, including loss of bonuses due to non-compliance with wagering requirements.
• In cases where Trusted88 is found liable for a valid claim, our liability is limited to an amount equivalent to your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Trusted88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. However, we are committed to addressing any technical issues promptly and in a manner that is fair to all affected members.

Trusted88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Failure to fulfil KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Violation of Malaysian law or any applicable local laws.

In cases where an account is suspended due to an investigation, any account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds a serious breach of our terms, Trusted88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including actual deposits.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting Trusted88 support. Any valid account balance will be returned once all active wagering requirements have been completed or cancelled.

Trusted88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date the latest version came into effect.

This document and all agreements between Trusted88 and its members are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Trusted88's support channels shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts having jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
